Exchanges and returns

a) Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, in the event that the User is contracting as a consumer, he may withdraw
of the contract (except in the cases established by law) and freely return or exchange the Products
delivered at any time within fourteen (14) business days from the date of delivery thereof
(the “Withdrawal Period”). Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, using the shipping method of their choice.
The package must arrive complete and in good condition. The package must include the order number in a visible place.
Our warehouse shipping address is: Calle Pintor Luis Seoane, 6, bj, 36003, Spain.

Once the relevant inspection of the returned Product has been carried out and in the event that the User does not decide
make a change, Verb to do will refund the User the amount of the Product (excluding shipping costs).
In case you choose to exchange the product for another of equal value from our Catalogue, this operation will not have
charge to the user.

After the Withdrawal Period, no exchanges or returns of Products will be accepted.
Exchanges will only be accepted for those Products that could have been defective according to the
established in section b) below.
b) Return or replacement of defective Products
In the event that the User considers that the Product does not conform to the specifications established for said
Product, you must contact Verb to do immediately via email at
contact address verb.to.do.spain@gmail.com providing the product details and reporting the defect
that you have and whether you choose to return or replace it with an identical Product.
To proceed with the replacement of the product, the user must contact Seven Peaks through a
email to the contact address verb.to.do.spain@gmail.com providing the Product details,
as well as reporting the defect and your web order number.
